  	Ref:Sydney Morning Herald (NSW : 1842 - 1954), Friday 14 June 1889 "The City Coroner, Mr. J. Moore, J.P, hold an Inquest at the Prince Alfred Hospital yesterday afternoon, relative to the death of a man named Samuel Carter, who died at that institution on the previous afternoon from the effects of a fall. The deceased was 36 years old, residing at Wells-street, Annandale. On Tuesday afternoon he fell from a building in Shepherd-street, Darlington, and was admitted to the Prince Alfred Hospital where he died. Dr. Henry deposed that death was duo to injuries to the abdomen. A verdict of accidental death was returned"
