    • John Ralph worked as a quarryman, he was a member of the local Masonic lodge, and lived on the corner of George Street and Botany Road - where he died on 25th March 1848.Frances had died in 1839 giving birth to Thomas ,their last child and was buried on 7th May 1839. Having lost their parents at a young age, the children of John and Frances Ralph were sent to Wollongong to live with their fathers' family.
